  • Serve as the central point of contact for both Leaders, responding on their behalf where appropriate, and maintaining smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and leadership sessions, including capturing minutes, tracking action items, and managing logistics for director‑level and cross‑department meetings.
  • Plan and manage Business travel for both Leaders, including itineraries, bookings, travel preferences, and expense reconciliation.
  • Support small‑scale projects and operational tasks, including researching vendors, gathering information, coordinating events, and assisting with team or functional initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of organisation and prioritisation, helping both Leaders stay aligned, focused, and aware of deadlines, upcoming milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and supporting occasional personal or ad‑hoc requests in a professional manner.

  • Ability to travel occasionally if required.

  • Annual performance‑based bonus.
  • 25 days of vacation.
  • Additional benefits – pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance scheme, etc.
