Are you an accomplished EA looking for a role where you’ll operate as the nerve centre to senior leadership and where no two days ever look the same? This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of London’s most prestigious Private Equity firms, a global powerhouse known for its world‑class culture, long‑term retention, and exceptional people.

We’re searching for a dynamic Executive Assistant who thrives in high‑performance environments and understands what it means to be truly indispensable. In this role, you’ll support a Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Senior Associate, acting as both a strategic business partner and a trusted right hand. With roughly 40% of your week dedicated to private PA responsibilities, you’ll become the person your MDs rely on professionally, personally, and everything in between.

Based in stunning Mayfair offices and part of a 100‑person London team within a global network of six international offices, you’ll be at the centre of a fast‑paced, influential environment where excellence is the expectation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning complex, multi‑time‑zone diary and meeting coordination
  • Managing intricate international travel arrangements, with private aviation exposure welcomed
  • Creating polished presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Handling expenses and records with absolute accuracy (Concur)
  • Acting as a discreet and trusted gatekeeper to senior leaders
  • Building strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels
  • Operating as a core member of a high‑performing EA team
  • Providing on‑call, business‑focused partnership when priorities shift
  • Delivering approximately 40% private PA support, ensuring life administration runs seamlessly for your executives
  • Offering out‑of‑hours support when needed to keep momentum moving
Who we’re looking for

You’re polished, proactive and unflappable someone who brings structure to complexity and thrives on being a step ahead. You’ll ideally come from Private Equity, Investment Banking, or another alternative investment setting where pace and precision are second nature.

  • Strong experience as a senior EA within financial or professional services
  • Degree‑educated with excellent academic grounding
  • Articulate, confident and highly engaging communicator
  • Detail‑obsessed with a solutions‑first approach
  • Technically strong across Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Concur
  • Professional, calm and discreet, an ambassador for your leadership team
What’s on offer
  • £60,000–£70,000 base salary
  • Contract completion bonus
  • Exceptional benefits package including fully covered private medical, dental, life & disability insurance
  • 15% employer pension contribution
  • Hybrid model: 4 days in office, 1 day from home
  • Full and supportive handover from November 2025

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be genuinely relied upon—where you’ll be challenged, trusted, and central to the smooth running of both business and personal priorities—we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to join a firm that invests wholeheartedly in its people.
