A leading housing provider seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer, focusing on high-level tasks such as diary management and stakeholder liaison. This is a six-month temporary role offering flexibility and travel opportunities, aimed at those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Abri’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Jo Makinson. Jo is responsible for the Group’s investment strategy, ensuring Abri can deliver more needed affordable homes and maintain the quality of its existing stock.
Are you a proactive, dedicated, resilient, and highly organized individual? Initially, this will be a six-month fixed-term role for an Executive Assistant, based in Eastleigh but offering flexible working opportunities and some travel to other Abri offices in Yeovil, Bracknell, and London.
We are looking for someone confident to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels. You will support the CIO on various tasks and be able to anticipate her requirements.
You will be highly literate and numerate, with strong emotional intelligence, naturally inquisitive, and super proactive. Able to work autonomously and as part of the wider Executive Assistant team.
Requirements include commercial awareness and the ability to quickly understand our business needs. Tasks include diary management, inbox monitoring for the CIO, assisting with reports and presentations, and gathering data/information for the CIO.
