JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Sales & Solutions function. You will play a central role in coordinating diaries, meetings, communications and key initiatives, while also supporting wider leadership activity through a dotted reporting line to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll be at the heart of leadership operations, helping the team stay focused, prepared and effective. If you enjoy enabling others and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you will do
  • Manage complex diaries and prioritise time effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings end to end, including agendas, materials, attendee communications and action tracking.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expenses, compliance tasks and general administrative support.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefing documents and internal communications.
  • Support senior leadership meetings with preparation, documentation and follow-up.
  • Plan and deliver team events, workshops, customer engagements and off-site sessions.
  • Work closely with other EAs to align schedules and support activities across departments.
  • Act as a central coordination point across the function, handling confidential information professionally.
  • Contribute to wider CDW initiatives and provide project support when required.
