Job summary

Starr Insurance Companies in the United Kingdom is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Executive Support team. You will manage senior leaders' schedules, prioritise priorities, and ensure seamless communication across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing high-quality executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to draft clear correspondence and interact effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to use judgement, discretion, and initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate confidently with senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant plays a central role within our Executive Support team, known for its proactive approach and commitment to excellence.
