Qualifications

• Senior technology leader partnering with General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled legal tech transformations in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate legal and regulatory priorities into action and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and technology transformation for Legal & Compliance from pilot to value realization.
• Define product-centric operating model and empowered product teams aligned to value streams.
• Build a high-calibre, business-embedded IT team and govern partnerships with vendors and integrators.
• Demonstrate technology value to executives through data-led storytelling and outcomes-based metrics.
