We are looking for an Executive Administrator who can provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to our Executive Team and the Executive Assistant.
The National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) has an unswerving commitment to high-quality, evidence-informed teacher education, and is on a mission to improve the quality of teacher and leader development across the system.
This role comes with the exciting opportunity to undertake a Business Administration qualification via an apprenticeship.
To be successful, you will have some experience working in an administrative role or a keen interest in developing your skills in this area. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, and a positive and proactive attitude. You’ll be able to handle a variety of tasks, from booking travel and accommodation for the organisation, to managing a busy info inbox, to supporting the Executive Assistant with diary management for the Executive Team. You will also be able to work effectively within a geographically distributed team and handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
No two days will be the same in this role, and you will engage your organisational and administrative skills to the full, responding to ever-changing priorities and ad hoc tasks in a positive and people-focused way.
