Based in a fast-growing energy business, you will handle calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, maintain records, draft agendas/minutes, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and help ensure smooth office operations.

The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Ormskirk (2 days office based 3 days home based). This role supports senior leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. The Executive Administrative Assistant manages phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking action items. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth office operations to support executive priorities.
