Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Aylesbury (HP20)
Rate: £110 - £140 per day

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH school in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners with Autism Condition/Autism Spectrum Disorder who find mainstream settings challenging. Your patience, calm approach, and understanding of behavioural needs will make a real impact in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
2. Support students both in classroom and in intervention settings
3. Foster a positive and structured classroom environment
4. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress
5. Build strong relationships with learners to encourage engagement

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in the UK (essential) at Secondary level
2. Experience working with SEMH students (ideal but not essential) or learners requiring behaviour management
3. Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
4. A patient, calm, and resilient approach to supporting students
