Job summary

Carnell Support Services in the East Midlands is seeking a skilled 10T+ tracked excavator operator to join our civil engineering team. You will perform excavation, drainage, trenching and reinstatement safely, lifting where required and following site drawings and safe systems of work.

You must hold a current CPCS or NPORS card for 10T+ tracked excavator with lifting operations and a full UK driving licence, with proven highway or civil project experience.

Qualifications

• Current CPCS or NPORS card for 10T+ Tracked Excavator with Lifting Operations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience operating tracked excavators on construction, highways or civil engineering projects.
• Good understanding of safe excavation practices.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
• Highways or National Highways experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate 10 tonne and above tracked excavators safely and efficiently.

Essential Requirements

• First Aid.
• Additional plant tickets (Dumper, Roller, Telehandler).
