East Sussex College Group is seeking an experienced Exams Manager to lead our examinations function. You will oversee the planning and delivery of internal and external exams, ensuring compliance and a high-quality learner experience across the college.

Based at Hastings Campus, the role starts January 2027. The successful candidate will lead a team, work with awarding bodies and senior staff, and drive improvements in examination processes.
