You will ensure delivery of a compliant, customer-focused service to internal stakeholders and external bodies, with strong leadership, strategic oversight and high autonomy. The role requires overseeing data integrity, deadlines and continuous improvement across the exams process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the college's examinations and assessment function to ensure efficient, accurate delivery in line with awarding-body regulations and JCQ requirements.
• Produce, analyse and present management information to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee workload planning, performance management and staff development within the Exams team to meet business demands.
• Maintain integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and information security of examination data across the college.
