Job summary

Bohunt Education Trust is seeking experienced Examination Invigilators to supervise students during exams at our school in Worthing. You will work as part of a team to ensure regulations are followed in a supportive environment for learners taking formal examinations.

Applicants should be calm, friendly, punctual and reliable with strong communication skills and a flexible attitude to work. IT proficiency with laptops and printers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate during examinations and handle candidate queries according to Exam Board regulations.
• Assist the Examinations Officer with administration and supervision of exams.
• Complete exam invigilators' logs when required.
• Collect all exam scripts and ensure procedures are followed.

Job description

• Experience working in a school environment is essential.
• To assist the Examinations Officer with the administration and supervision of examinations in accordance with the Exam Board regulations and guidelines
• Invigilating during examinations and dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with procedures
• Completing an Invigilators' log for each exam if required
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Confident using IT equipment such as laptops and printers (essential)
• Collection of all exam scripts.
