Zusammenfassung

The Bedford College Group is looking for an Exams Invigilator to join the Examinations department. This is a sessional, hourly-paid role based in Bedfordshire, with a fixed end date in December 2026 and the right to work in the UK required.

You will conduct examinations in line with JCQ rules, manage candidate materials and seating, and handle attendance records while upholding safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Conduct examinations in line with awarding body, JCQ and college regulations.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials.
• Prepare examination rooms, distribute and collect materials, and complete attendance records.
• Support candidates with approved access arrangements while ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Promote safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
