The Bedford College Group is seeking an Exams Invigilator to join the Examinations department in Bedfordshire. You will conduct examinations in line with JCQ and college regulations, ensuring procedures are followed accurately and consistently.

Your responsibilities include exam security, candidate management, room preparation, attendance documentation, and supporting access arrangements while upholding safeguarding and health-safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct examinations in line with awarding body JCQ and college regulations.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of examination materials and verify candidate IDs.
• Prepare rooms, distribute and collect materials, and complete attendance records.
• Support approved access arrangements and assist with readers or prompts as needed.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion; uphold health and safety rules.
