Job summary

Turves Green Boys’ School in Northfield, Birmingham (B31 4BS) is seeking an Exams and Data Officer to ensure the smooth running of all public examinations. You will liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination boards to manage entries, results and communications while complying with Awarding Bodies’ regulations.

The role also supports assessment data work for the senior leadership team, including MIS administration.

Qualifications

• Having knowledge of relevant legislation in relation to a range of qualifications for A Level and GCSE.
• Have previous experience working within a similar administration role.
• Have experience and knowledge of administering internal and external exams according to exam board guidelines.
• Have adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination Boards.
• Manage exam requirements, entries, results and communications.
• Ensure the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations.
• Provide MIS administration and pupil progress reports for the senior leadership team.
