Job summary

Cardiff Sixth Form College in Cambridge is seeking an Exams Officer and Data Manager to support assessment processes, manage data in ISAMS, and supervise exam entries.

You will organise internal and public exams, prepare schedules, communicate with staff, students and parents, and liaise with JCQ and awarding bodies.

Strong IT and data analysis skills, experience with MIS (ISAMS/SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom), and effective leadership are essential.

• Ability to manage data quality and reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of internal and external examinations
• Organise examination schedules and invigilation rotas
• Manage data input, analysis and reporting in the MIS
• Liaise with teaching staff, students, parents and exam boards
• Produce statistical information on entries and results
• Support timetabling and deployment of staff
• Act as Data Protection Champion in line with policy
