Job summary

Falmouth School is seeking an organised Exams Officer to oversee the examination cycle, including entries, timetabling, access arrangements, invigilation and results processing, in line with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.

The role also supports the school's use of student data, producing accurate reports and analyses to aid school improvement and student achievement. Experience with Bromcom and SISRA would be advantageous, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in examinations administration or similar regulatory environments.
• Experience with school data systems (e.g., Bromcom, SISRA) and producing data analyses.
• Ability to work to deadlines with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the examination cycle: entries, timetabling, access arrangements, invigilation, results processing and certification.
• Manage post-results services and data reporting to support school improvement.
• Work with senior leaders, teaching staff and external bodies to ensure compliance with JCQ regulations.
