Outwood Academy Hasland Hall is seeking an Exams and Assessment Officer to oversee examination administration, entry management and census processes while ensuring JCQ compliance. The role requires strong Excel and data skills and involves liaising with examination boards and supervising invigilators.

Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification, experience with MIS/data analysis, and an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with statistics, MIS data and examination administration.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all exam administration per JCQ rules
• Maintain MIS for exam entries
• Liaise with examining boards
• Oversee invigilation timetabling and training
• Secure and distribute exam papers and results
• Coordinate student census
• Use Praising Stars for pupil tracking
• Analyse assessment data and trends
• Produce reports on underachieving students
• Provide parents with student data
