Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking an Exams Arrangement Assessor to join the Foundation Learning and Additional Learning Support team. The role involves managing exam access arrangements, conducting ALS interviews and supporting High Needs students across Shuttleworth College and Central Bedfordshire College campuses.

You will liaise with curriculum teams, maintain records for funding and contribute to quality assurance and safeguarding across sites.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include a Postgraduate certificate in SpLD or CPT3A; Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy; safeguarding training.
• Knowledge of JCQ regulations, curriculum models and ability to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Strong assessment background with experience in access arrangements and ALS processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage access arrangements for students requiring exam accommodations.
• Conduct ALS interviews and oversee a small caseload of High Needs students.
• Maintain accurate records for funding documentation and external agencies.
