Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking an Exams Arrangement Assessor to join the Foundation Learning and ALS team at Shuttleworth College and Central Bedfordshire College. You will manage access arrangements for students needing exam accommodations and conduct ALS interviews.

You will implement JCQ requirements, maintain resources, and keep accurate records for funding. You will collaborate with curriculum teams to support achievement and lead quality assurance of access arrangements.

Qualifications

• Manage access arrangements for students requiring exam accommodations.
• Conduct ALS interviews and oversee a small caseload of High Needs students.
• Implement Joint Qualifications Council requirements and maintain specialist resources.
• Ensure accurate records for students and external agencies.
• Lead quality assurance processes for access arrangements and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum teams to support student achievement.
• Lead quality assurance of access arrangements.
• Attend meetings and contribute to marketing activities and events including exams.
