Job summary

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised, proactive Examinations Coordinator to support the delivery of MRCPCH and DCH Theory examinations worldwide. You will support the Theory Examinations Manager and lead key examination processes, working across online systems, project activity, stakeholder management and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with online systems from an administrative or development perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing.
• Knowledge of project management principles and governance.
• High attention to detail with clear, concise information.
• Discretion handling confidential matters with tact.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and customer service.
• Desirable: knowledge of examination processes and multi-centre events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational delivery of MRCPCH and DCH Theory examinations across locations.
• Support strategic delivery including objectives, budgets and service development.
• Provide line management for two team members.
• Lead development and use of the examinations booking system and be the main internal contact.
• Oversee Zendesk and related candidate communications.
• Lead delivery of ARCHE event and audit/compliance activities.
• Perform data analysis on candidate feedback, centre information and bookings.
• Support examination days with operations oversight and ensure up-to-date guidance.
