The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Examinations Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the MRCPCH and DCH Theory examinations worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the operational delivery of the College’s theory examinations, which take place three times a year across multiple international locations.
You will support the Theory Examinations Manager and lead key examination processes, working across online systems, project activity, stakeholder management and operational delivery. You will also provide line management and development support to two members of the Theory Examinations Team, while contributing to ongoing improvements to examination processes, quality assurance and candidate experience. Working closely with colleagues across the College, external suppliers, system developers and examination stakeholders, you will help ensure examinations are delivered to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards.
Experience of supervising or line managing colleagues The RCPCH has more than 25,000 members and fellows worldwide and plays a leading role in improving child health and supporting paediatricians across the UK and internationally. Our examinations play an important role in supporting high professional standards and assessing the knowledge and skills of doctors working in paediatrics. We operate a flexible and modern hybrid working policy. This role is based across our London office and home working, with approximately 40% of working time in our London office over a four-week period and the remainder working remotely. The role may occasionally require travel within and outside London, including overnight stays, and some weekend or out-of-hours support may be required.
