Job summary

Cheshire College - South & West invites applications for Examinations Invigilators across Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester Campuses. This part-time, bank-staff role supports the Examinations Department during the calendar schedule, with opportunities to train as readers or scribes to assist with access arrangements.

Responsibilities include maintaining exam security and supervising assessments, while upholding safeguarding and equality standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).

We are seeking Examinations Invigilators to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for innovative and inspiring invigilators to support our Examinations Department at key points in the examination calendar.

We are also looking for Invigilators to take on additional training to become readers and scribes to support with access arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake examination invigilation as required for external and internal assessments and exams;
• Ensure the security of all confidential examination materials and follow the requirements of JCQ and all awarding bodies; and
