Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking an Examinations Assistant to support the administration of Vocational and General Qualifications. You’ll work under the guidance of Examinations Officers and Managers to ensure smooth operations across the examinations function.

The role is full-time on a fixed-term basis ending 26 November 2027, based at one of London’s FE campuses. You’ll join a proactive team focused on delivering high-quality support and accurate data handling.

About The Role

This role is offered on a full time, fixed term basis contract will end 26th November 2027.

You will support the Examinations Department in the administration of Vocational and General Qualifications under the guidance of Examinations Officers, Deputy Examinations Managers and Examinations Managers.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in managing data through Microsoft office products.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
  • Most importantly, you’ll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
