Job summary

Newstead Wood School is seeking an Exams Invigilator to support the Data and Exam Manager in running examination venues. You will set up rooms, enforce rules, supervise pupils before, during and after each paper, and manage attendance and irregularities with vigilance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations
• Supervise pupils before, during and after each paper
• Set up venues with stationery, equipment and papers to procedures
• Escort pupils on toilet breaks and outside venues
• Record late arrivals and early leavers and collect papers
• Direct pupils to seats and advise on permitted possessions
