Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking efficient and organised individuals to supervise students during examinations. Hours are variable depending on the exam timetable, and full training will be provided.

Duties include distributing and collecting papers, assisting with entry/exit, preparing rooms with notices and desk numbers, and packaging scripts for dispatch to exam boards. An enhanced DBS check is required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect exam papers accurately while maintaining exam conditions.
• Assist with orderly entry and exit of all candidates in accordance with exam regulations.
• Prepare examination rooms, including notices, placing desk numbers and updating whiteboards.
• Assist with secure packaging of completed scripts for dispatch to exam boards.
