Job summary

Cantell School in Southampton is seeking casual Exam Invigilators to supervise students during exams and support venue setup. You will lay out stationery, equipment and papers, monitor exam conditions and assist with attendance and paperwork in line with instructions.

Prior experience is welcome but full training will be provided. Hours vary with examination schedules, with busy periods in November, February and April–June; successful applicants must undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and responsible with good communication.
• Ability to work to strict timescales and follow instructions.
• Previous exam invigilation experience preferred, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination venues with stationery, equipment and papers.
• Supervise students during exams and monitor attendance and paperwork.
