Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and distribute papers and other required materials before candidates arrive.
• Supervise candidates entering, sitting and leaving examinations, giving clear instructions and maintaining active vigilance throughout.
• Complete attendance records, provide additional materials and ensure examinations begin and finish correctly.
• Collect, account for and return scripts securely, maintaining absolute confidentiality.
• Facilitate approved access arrangements during examinations, such as supporting candidates in smaller rooms or with additional requirements.
• Follow examination regulations and the academy's safeguarding, behaviour and relevant operational policies at all times.
