Job summary

Neale-Wade Academy in March is seeking reliable exam invigilators to uphold the integrity of public and internal assessments for students aged 11 to 18. Working with the Exams Officer, you will help prepare rooms, supervise sessions, and ensure fair, secure examination conditions in line with national regulations.

Qualifications

• Clear and calm under exam pressure.
• Ability to follow exam board regulations and academy procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate public and internal examinations in line with regulations.
• Prepare examination rooms and distribute materials.
• Supervise candidates and maintain a secure and orderly environment.
• Complete attendance records and provide required materials and instructions.
• Collect and return scripts securely and report issues.
