Job summary

Lea Manor High School invites applications for casual examination invigilation duties. The role focuses on maintaining order and safeguarding during exam sessions, ensuring compliance with examination board regulations and school procedures. Training and induction are provided by the school.

As a flexible, casual position within a supportive learning community, you will contribute to high standards of examination delivery while supporting pupils and staff across key exam periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Conduct of pupils during the examination is in accord with the school's requirements.
• Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of pupils in the examinations room.
• Ensure the effective use and availability of resources.
• Supervised the examination in accord with the laid down regulations and guidance of the Examinations Board, e.g. times, materials allowed, SEN pupil requirements etc.
• Follow procedures agreed with the school on the security of the process taking advice as necessary.
• Complete attendance registers and /or seating plans as required.
• Complete reports on incidents of misconduct as required.
