Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking reliable Exams Invigilators to support examinations at a college in Northamptonshire. This role suits organised individuals with attention to detail and comfort working with young people. Prior invigilation is welcomed but not essential, as full guidance will be provided. The position is casual/adhoc, term-time oriented, with shifts on weekdays 8:30am–5:00pm in Northamptonshire.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow clear guidelines and procedures.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.
• Flexibility to work during examination periods.
• Experience working with young people.
• Previous invigilation or similar experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms in line with required standards and regulations.
• Welcome students and distribute examination materials.
• Maintain examination conditions and ensure all rules are followed.
• Collect and process examination papers in accordance with awarding body requirements.
• Support students requiring approved exam access arrangements, including acting as a reader or scribe where appropriate.
• Ensure examinations run efficiently, fairly, and professionally.
