Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy in Mansfield is seeking Exam Invigilators to join our professional, friendly support team. You will help supervise exams, ensure exam integrity, and support pupils during assessment sessions. This is a term-time, part-time role with an hourly rate of £13.31 per hour plus holiday pay.

Flexible hours are available and onsite parking is provided. Experience is welcome but training will be provided; we value reliability, calmness, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and secure examination rooms to maintain exam integrity
• Distribute and collect examination papers and supervise seating to match seating plans
• Assist with setup of the exams hall and provide additional support as reader or scribe if needed
• Support safeguarding and welfare of students in line with Safer Recruitment practices
• Be a reliable, calm and able-to-do member of the professional, friendly exams team
