Trinity Academy in Bristol seeks an Exam Invigilator to support examination periods with strict adherence to JCQ regulations and Trinity procedures. You will ensure fair access, secure handling of papers, and orderly conduct in the exam rooms.

The role requires reliability, flexible availability during key exam slots, and strong communication with students and staff. Training is provided, with duties spanning before, during, and after examinations.

Qualifications

• Be reliable, flexible and readily available during main examination periods.
• Have effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Understand and confirm JCQ regulations and confidentiality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct examinations in accordance with JCQ, awarding body and Trinity Academy regulations.
• Report to exams officer and brief before each exam session.
• Keep exam papers and materials secure before, during and after exams.
• Admit candidates into exam rooms under formal conditions and identify them as required.
• Supervise candidates during examinations and record any incidents or irregularities.
• Instruct candidates and manage questions; ensure adherence to timings and procedures.
