Job summary

Weldon Village Academy is seeking an Exam Invigilator to supervise students during examinations, ensuring integrity and security of papers. Training will be provided; prior invigilator experience is not required.

The role is casual term-time, allowing flexibility while supporting Meridian Trust standards. The successful candidate will work under the Examinations Officer or Senior Invigilator to ensure smooth exam operations and accurate documentation, with a focus on fairness and attention to

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English Language.
• Understanding of the education system and how children learn.
• Ability to work closely with pupils who may be finding learning difficult, or who have experienced a feeling of failure.
• Be firm but fair with excellent organisation and keen eye for detail.

We have a vacancy for a flexible and reliable individual to join our existing, efficient and friendly team at Weldon Village Academy as an Exam Invigilator. You will be required to supervise students during their examinations, ensuring that official guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures are followed. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
