Job summary

Greenwood Academies Trust is seeking an Exam Invigilator in Mansfield to supervise students during written exams and online tests. You will work to school hours 8:30–3:30, Monday to Friday during exam periods, covering all exams with diligence and clear guidance.

The role is casual, with hours dictated by the exam timetable. You will need strong verbal communication, the ability to manage groups of learners, and the initiative to organise the exam process while maintaining exam integrity and

Job description

Role requires you to work between school hours of 8:30 - 3:30 Monday-Friday during exam period to cover all exams across the school.

The role will involve invigilation of individual and groups of learners undertaking written exams or online tests.

The successful Exam Invigilator will be able to work with large and small groups of students in an exam setting, relating positively to all learners, being extremely diligent and adaptable, and have good verbal communication skills.

The ability to organise, run and instruct exam candidates in the exams hall environment is also necessary.

Candidates will be employed on a casual basis, with hours and days of work subject to the timings of each exam.
