Job summary

CHILDWALL SPORTS & SCIENCE ACADEMY in Liverpool invites reliable and organised individuals to join as Exam Invigilators on a casual, flexible basis during the May–June exam period, with possible work for mocks and other assessments throughout the year. Full training is provided and candidates should be calm, dependable and attentive to detail.

The role involves supervising examinations, preparing rooms, distributing papers, and maintaining a calm environment while upholding regulations.

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials at all times.
• Support students and staff in line with examination procedures.
• Attend relevant training and briefing sessions.

Job description

We are looking to appoint reliable, organised and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team of casual staff. Exam Invigilators play a vital role in ensuring that examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with examination regulations.

This is a flexible, casual position, with the majority of work taking place during the main examination period from May to June, although additional opportunities may be available throughout the year to support mock examinations, resits and other assessment activities.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from individuals who are calm, dependable, have excellent attention to detail and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
