Job summary

Oasis Academy Wintringham is seeking Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations at defined times, ensuring rules are followed and a calm environment is maintained.

You will prepare rooms, distribute materials, assist the Examinations Officer, and provide reassurance to students during exams, with full training provided and flexible hours.

No prior experience required; you will join a supportive team dedicated to safeguarding and high standards during May-July exams and other assessment periods.

We are looking for people with strong character who can assist with the preparation and delivery of our examinations, helping to create the calm, supportive environment our students need to succeed.

Job Summary

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
• Prepare the examination room and distribute/collect exam materials securely.
• Educate students on procedures and provide reassurance where needed.
• Monitor the exam environment, ensuring JCQ and Academy regulations are observed.
• Respond professionally to student queries and report incidents promptly.
• Support the Examinations Officer and comply with reasonable requests to keep exams running smoothly.
