Job summary

Berkhamsted School is seeking Exam Invigilators to oversee mock examinations in January/February and public examinations in May to June, in accordance with JCQ instructions.

The successful candidate will help uphold the integrity and security of the examination process, be reliable, flexible and a team-player, with full training provided and interviews scheduled for the week commencing 7 October 2026; closing date 28 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided and is compulsory regarding examination regulations and school policy relating to examinations.
• Candidate should be reliable, flexible and a team-player.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate mock examinations (January/February) and public examinations (May to June) in accordance with JCQ instructions.
• Uphold the integrity and security of the examination process.
• Maintain calm and orderly examination environment and comply with school policies.

Exam Invigilator

We are currently recruiting for Exam Invigilators to invigilate mock examinations (January/February) and public examinations (May to June) in accordance with JCQ instructions for conducting examinations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination process, and therefore should be reliable, flexible and a team-player.

Full training in the role and duties of an invigilator will be provided, and is compulsory in regard to the examination regulations and school policy relating to examinations.
