i-teachers are currently working with exceptional secondary schools across Bradford who are looking to appoint a team of Exam Invigilators to support them throughout the busy November exam period.

If so, you could be a perfect fit for our Exam Invigilator positions!

Please note that due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required to work in different locations on a short-term basis. You could find yourself working in one school for the whole exam period or working across multiple schools in a borough. Hourly or day rates will be provided depending on the school. Full training will be provided.

We are particularly interested in hearing from graduates who would be open to full-time tutoring work after the successful completion of the exam period.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Exams team with the day-to-day running of the exams
• Setting up the room before exams
• Reporting incidents to the Exams Officer
• Ensuring the exams run in a timely manner
• Supervising KS3 – KS5 students throughout their exams
• Collecting exam papers
• Tidying the exam rooms after exams
• Ensuring students are seated in the correct seats

Requirements

• UK Right to Work – no sponsorship
• Strong academic background (e.g., degree)
• Must be reliable
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (due to the quick turnaround)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Confident personality – the ability to address large groups of pupils is essential
