Job summary

Provision Events is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in the United Kingdom to take day-to-day control of our warehouse, assets and related logistics. You will ensure equipment is available, maintained and delivered on time, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will lead a small team, manage stock, engage suppliers and drivers, and drive health and safety, cost control and process improvements across UK operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Experience leading warehouse teams or supervising staff.
• Experience managing stock, equipment or assets.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good IT skills, including Excel and Office.
• Experience with asset management systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take overall day-to-day responsibility for the efficient running of the Provision Events warehouse.
• Plan and manage warehouse activity around the company's schedule of events.
• Coordinate picking, packing, preparation and loading of equipment for events.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and asset movements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organisation, efficiency and processes.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed by all staff and visitors.
