Ascenda Global is expanding its Glasgow team and seeking an Events & Promotions Assistant to represent client brands through face-to-face engagement. This role focuses on customer interaction, campaigns and skills development in a supportive, team-driven environment.

No prior events or sales experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing coaching to help you achieve personal and team performance goals while advancing your communication and presentation abilities.

Ascenda Global works with established brands to support customer acquisition, brand engagement and business growth through direct customer interaction and promotional campaigns.

We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people and want to develop practical business skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Opportunity

Looking for a role that's more people-focused than your typical office job?

As an Events & Promotions Assistant, you'll represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement, promotional activities and customer acquisition campaigns. You'll learn how to communicate with different audiences, build customer relationships and contribute to successful campaigns.

No previous events or sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
