Known internally as a Programme Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment and development programmes at scale on a 12 month contract. Working within Partnership Support, you’ll ensure programmes are executed consistently and effectively, bringing together stakeholders, systems, and insight to create an outstanding participant experience. You'll continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance delivery, and drive operational excellence across our Partnership and Field teams.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where quality execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. You enjoy bringing structure to complex activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard. You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and participant experiences, using data and feedback to inform your approach.
From time to time, the role may involve travel and some flexibility to support programme delivery.
