Events Producer and Operations Manager
Location: London (Office-based)
Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Events Producer and Operations Manager to join our London-based team. This role will take full ownership of operational planning and execution across our portfolio, ensuring each event runs smoothly, meets commercial and strategic objectives and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees and stakeholders.
A central part of the role is attendee sourcing and management. You will be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the room, aligned with each event's goals and client expectations. This is not a secondary task, but a core part of your remit.
