Job Title: Events Marketing Executive

Location: Central London – Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays WFH)

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Travel: Expected 2–3 times per year internationally

The Role:

We are excited to be partnering with a globally recognised events organisation, to find a Marketing Executive to support their Life Sciences division.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional with at least 2 years’ experience in exhibition marketing to join a dynamic, fast-paced team and drive the growth of their international portfolio. You will focus on lead generation, data-driven campaigns, and audience engagement, while supporting high-quality events that serve an influential global life sciences community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted content and audience strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support commercial goals
  • Manage campaign performance using email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content syndication
  • Segment and analyse audience data to personalise and optimise campaigns
  • Work with external partners and stakeholders to co-promote events and increase visibility
  • Create engaging content including newsletters, web copy, and social assets
  • Track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adapt strategies as needed
  • Support international travel and on-site marketing during key events (approx. 2–3 times/year).

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B exhibition marketing
  • Proven success in generating leads through digital campaign execution
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of the delegate sales funnel
  • Experience working on life sciences or healthcare events is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events
