Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join the team at the Natural History Museum.

The role involves planning and delivering small functions, canape receptions, sleepovers, and silent disco parties.

About the Events Manager role:

  • Lead onsite event operations
  • Manage catering logistics, including event files, briefing sheets, and service plans
  • Handle enquiries and client feedback professionally and promptly
  • Work towards improving sales and service
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control

About the ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
