Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting an Events Manager for a premier venue in the Liverpool City Region. You will lead a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial and cultural events from enquiry to post-event evaluation, delivering exceptional experiences for visitors and clients alike.

You will manage planning, logistics, risk assessments, on-site delivery and stakeholder coordination, ensuring health and safety compliance while driving growth and memorable experiences for audiences

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex events within a venue, agency or live events environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale public, commercial, corporate or cultural events.
• Strong operational planning skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously.
• Outstanding client relationships and customer service skills.

• Confidence making decisions in fast-paced live-event environments.
• Knowledge of event health & safety and risk management.

Events Manager Liverpool City Region £36,000 35 hours per week | Flexibility required for evenings, weekends and major events Do you thrive on delivering exceptional events that people remember for years to come?

I'm working on behalf of a truly unique venue in the Liverpool City Region to recruit an Events Manager who can take ownership of a diverse portfolio of large-scale corporate, commercial and cultural events.

This isn't your typical venue role.

One day you could be delivering a high-profile corporate gala, the next overseeing a major concert, civic event, exhibition or large-scale public attraction.

With thousands of visitors passing through each year and an events programme that continues to grow, this is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the region's most iconic destinations.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead events from initial enquiry through to post-event evaluation, taking responsibility for planning, logistics, client management and on-the-day delivery. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, contractors and suppliers, you’ll ensure every event is delivered safely, professionally and to an exceptional standard while creating memorable experiences for clients and audiences alike. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and wants to be part of a venue that regularly hosts events that attract attention across the region and beyond.
