Job summary

The Ned City of London seeks an Events Host to warmly welcome guests on the Events Floor and set the tone for each visit. You’ll manage a friendly reception, assist guests with belongings, and support the Events team to ensure flawless delivery of every event.

Experience is welcome but not required; a can-do attitude and calm demeanour are highly valued as you learn the ropes in a vibrant hospitality environment with opportunities for growth and team celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of hosts welcoming and settling our members and guests, setting the tone for the rest of the visit
• Look after the reception desk on the Events Floor, including helping visitors with their belongings and supervising our cloakroom
• Build rapport with repeat guests over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience
• Set our management and service teams up for success by providing key information about the guests to allow them to surprise and delight them with exceptional hospitality
• Support the Events team with any ad hoc tasks to support successful delivery of each event.
