Village is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member to deliver outstanding service across corporate conferences and celebrations. You will greet guests with confidence, help them feel at home, and ensure the event spaces meet brand standards.

You’ll work as part of a busy events team, learn on the job, and benefit from training and growth opportunities. The role focuses on hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail from arrival to farewell.

Qualifications

• No CV perfection required; attitude and energy matter.
• Friendly, positive, loves working with people.
• Willing to learn with support and training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service meeting/event spaces to brand standards.
• Operate AV equipment safely and confidently.
• Serve refreshments and meals with upsell opportunities.
• Keep spaces organized and equipment stored safely.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety and Licensing.
