Job summary

Finimize is hiring for an early-career events marketing role focused on selling tickets, growing audiences and managing CRM-driven communications. You will own campaigns from planning to execution across New York, London and San Francisco, and partner with the Head of Events to ensure the right people are in the room.

You'll work with paid media, organic growth, and copywriting to drive attendance, while learning how to balance budget, timing and messaging in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events marketing, delegate or ticket acquisition, audience growth, CRM or a similar role.
• Experience filling rooms or campaigns at scale.
• Comfortable with both broad campaigns and personal outreach.
• Ability to read dashboards and optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own plan per event to hit attendance targets and pricing/early-bird strategy.
• Manage end-to-end ticketing funnel from invite to attendance, with CRM sequences.
• Build partnerships for audience growth and cross-promotion, incl. sponsors.
• Analyse tickets by channel and cost per ticket; report findings.
• Write compelling invites, landing pages, and pitches in a brand voice.
